Return and Exchange Policy

  • You have 365 days to return a product for a refund or shop credit. If you go beyond 365 days, you will receive shop credit
  • For a refund, products must be in resale-able condition (no stains, rips, odor) and include original packaging
  • If the item is not resale-able, you will receive store credit worth 50% of current price
  • Use your provided return label and don’t worry about cost--we’ll pay for return shipping
  • We will inspect your item for refund within 5 business days of receipt
  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue funds back to the original method of payment (This can take up 5 business days)
  • Digital goods are not eligible for a refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with your digital product, you may receive store credit for equal value
  • For people who live in the Austin area, you can visit our office and shop our merchandise for an exchange instead of a refund
  • Exchange the original item for a new item of equal or lesser value or use the funds toward a more expensive item. Use the provided return slip for exchanges
